Question by lalalaaa: colon cleanser and weight loss tea?
I’ve heard about the recent craze of ChoYung tea and colon cleanser proving to be a good weight loss agent, but do these actually work? How does a colon cleanser work and do they create any side effects? Also, all these weight loss things seem to make you lose weight in the space of a few weeks, so does that mean if you stop taking it you will immediately put that weight back on?
Would you recommend any of these type of things?

Forget it, It contains alisma rhizome, the root of a water plant which they claim is a diuretic (makes you pee), cassia seeds which can cause diarrhoea. poria – seems ok, Jiaogulan which can induce nausea and is not recommended in pregnancy.
One site with a poor reputation says the tea reduces health pressure whatever that means.
You will lose water weight and money but little else. Read the link – a cautionary tale.
